If you wish to return your goods for an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provided the goods are unopened, unused and you return the original receipt we will either dispatch the alternative goods or refund the cost of the goods. You will be responsible for all postage costs.

Faulty goods

If your goods are faulty, please contact us immediately with the order number and details of the fault. If we agree, you may return the goods. If after examination we agree the goods are faulty you will receive either a replacement product or a full refund.

Please note : Goods that are returned without prior approval from us will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for goods while they are in transit, so we recommend guaranteed delivery for all returns.
